Two Marines Moving was founded on November 10th, 2008; coincidentally the same day as the Marine Corps was founded in 1775.
Founder Nick Baucom served 6 honorable years in the Marines, including a deployment to Iraq as an infantryman during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon his return from active duty, Nick was fortunate to have some time on his hands to reflect on how best to use his talent for leadership, management, and interpersonal skills in the “real world???. During this time, he would get phone calls from family and friends asking for help moving. He gladly pitched in with organizing the truck rental, packing, loading, and managing the logistics of the move to make it happen, glitch-free. After a few moves, a business was born.
