The Company was founded on Nov 10, 2008. We’re on our 10th year in operation and we’ve never laid anyone off because “business was slow”. Despite being in a somewhat seasonal industry (we are busiest in the summer and slowest during the winter), layoffs have always been an absolute last resort. We take care of those that take care of us in supporting the company’s mission, and our MGMT team works overtime to make that happen.
We’re growing fast which means you can grow fast. After some additional training and experience, movers can be promoted to a small unit leader position in relatively short order. After 6 months of time in service at TMM, team leaders are eligible for a promotion to crew chief. Additional Roles and Positions include: Certified Driver / Forklift Operator/ Warehouseman/ Dispatcher/ Moving Consultant/ Recruiter/
We hire military, but we are not the military. We are Two Marines Moving. You get to pick the days you work as a mover at Two Marines Moving! Once a month you fill out your availability schedule for the next month. While the hours are unpredictable (depending on the size and scope of the move), you get to select your on/off days. Whether you’re prior service and juggling classes, active-duty only able to work some weekends, or transitioning but still looking for that next job/move….we’ve got you covered.
The company supports our local veteran communities. We always want to do more, and we always work on playing our part. We even order the company coffee from our Army brothers over at Black Rifle Coffee Company!
