1. Truck & Equipment Deployment
$250 Flat FeeThis fee covers the deployment of the equipment, resources, and operational support required to execute a professional move. Included: commercial moving truck, furniture protection and moving pads, moving tape, dollies, carts, straps, specialty equipment, tools for disassembly and reassembly, fuel, logistics, and operational readiness.

2. Zone-Based Destination Fee
$50–$200The destination of your move determines the applicable service zone. Zone rates are predetermined and clearly communicated before your move begins. This structure accounts for travel distance and deployment requirements while maintaining predictable pricing.
3. Professional Labor
$190/hr (2 movers)The labor portion covers the actual execution of your move. $190 per hour covers your first two movers. Each additional mover is $75 per hour.
