Truck & Equipment Deployment
Flat Rate — Every Move
Covers the truck, 60 professional moving pads, dollies, hand trucks, tools, floor protection, and full operational readiness. This is not just a truck — it's a fully equipped moving platform.

Zone-Based Travel & Fuel
Flat Rate by Service Zone
A flat-rate charge based on your service zone — covering travel time, fuel, routing, and dispatch coordination. Your zone fee is confirmed at estimate time. No fuel surcharges added later.
Component 03
Professional Labor
Hourly — Time Actually Worked
Billed in 5-minute increments, always rounded down in your favor. A 2-mover crew runs $190/hr. A 3-mover crew runs $265/hr. A 4-mover crew runs $340/hr. You pay only for time worked — no padding, no rounding up.
All moves operate under a 2-hour labor minimum. After the minimum, billing continues in 5-minute increments — always rounded down in your favor.
