Every move requires planning, coordination, equipment preparation, truck deployment, crew scheduling, and execution. For that reason, all moves are subject to a minimum labor deployment of two hours. A moving crew is not simply labor — it is a coordinated operation that includes trained professionals, commercial equipment, logistics planning, and operational support.
Fair Billing After the First Two Hours
Once the initial two-hour minimum has been satisfied, customers are billed only for actual working time. To ensure accuracy and fairness:
